The mobile is constructed with five different types of spheres (seven spheres in all) and connecting balance beams which are slices of spheres. Some interesting aspects of mathematics and principals of construction can be learned from the spheres and beams created in this mobile design.

The spheres range from 3 inches to 6 1/2 inches. Total height of the mobile is app. 3 feet.

This craft project is designed for ages 12 and up. A great classroom or group project, may require adult supervision.

Two 1oz glue sticks (not included) are required.
