General Policies
Shipping charges are always a consideration while shopping on line. As a smaller business, we cannot offer free shipping for all items, but those items weighing less than 13 oz. will feature free shipping via 1st Class Mail. The shipping costs shown for single, heavier items are set at a maximum for the item that you purchase. If you purchase a a number of items we will credit your payment and only charge for the actual postage plus a small handling fee.
We ship internationally to Canada and Western Europe. Please inquire if you want your order shipped to any other designation.
We are happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses.

Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

We collect a 6.25% sales tax for all orders shipped to a Massachusetts address.

Order Cancellation Policies
Change your mind? Please let us know as soon as possible. When your order is delivered tell the delivery person that you refuse delivery. The item will be returned to us. When we receive it we will credit your account except for the original shipping cost.
If you already received your item, please refer to our return policy.
Return Policies
We want you to be happy with your choice. If you are not satisfied, or if your gift was just a little off the mark, we will gladly credit your account (less postage), offer a merchandise credit, or exchange your purchase if we are notified within 30 days. Call or e-mail for a return authorization.
Please keep your receipt! Refunds or exchanges cannot be made without it.
With the exception of manufacturer defects, jigsaw puzzles or CD's may be returned for credit or exchange only if unopened. The factory seal must be intact.
If you lose a piece of a jigsaw puzzle, or discover a missing piece, the manufacturer usually has a piece replacement policy.
It is in our best interest to insure that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact us to discuss any problem you have. I'm sure that we can work out a reasonable solution.

We respect your privacy and assure you that the information we have will not be sold, rented, or otherwise distributed by us to other persons or companies. We will, on occasion, contact our valued customers with the information about special sales or events.
